Inner tents can be a great addition to your glamping tent. With an inner tent, you get an area in the tent that is 100% used for sleeping. Your mattresses, sleeping bags/duvets and personal belongings are stored away, while you have an open common area in front of the sleeping cabins.
There are several advantages to having an inner tent. In addition to dividing your tent into a sleeping area and a common area, the inner tent also provides a little extra warmth in the cold months. There are simply fewer cubic metres of air to heat and thus the temperature in the sleeping area will be higher than in the large common area.
Are you the type of person who wakes up early when the light comes? Then an inner tent can also be a good idea. The additional layer of tent fabric acts as a curtain, and you have a much darker sleeping space with a sleeping cabin than without one.
